The Walls of Jericho

      One normally goes to the library to study.

      Being the Bible Story Library, I would be remiss if I excluded bible studies from my library shelves.

      There are so many site out there that do a great job of putting together online Bible study lessons. It can take a lot of work to find what your looking for with that many sites.

      I have scoured the net and have come up with some of the best sites (in my humble opinion).

      Not only do I include actual Bible lessons, but I also include links to reading through the Bible in one year.

      Come to find out, there are many ways to accomplish that feat other than just reading a few chapters per day from start to finish.

      Please keep in mind, I can't control anything anybody writes. I don't necessarily agree with every word an author writes on his/her site.

      I have perused these sites, and have found they are informative, well-written, and generally conform to the beliefs that I adhere to - at least from what I saw.

      That said - PLEASE CONTACT ME, IF YOU FIND ANY OF THESE SITES OFFENSIVE IN ANY WAY. I WILL INVESTIGATE, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

Online Bible Study Lessons

You need to go no further than the Bible Stories library for children's Bible studies.       Or, if you are looking for teen or young adult Bible studies, try this page: Christian Teens

BibleSchools.com       This site includes a Bible study specific to North American Natives, Jewish Study, Prophecy, and Creation. Great starter study designed for adults and young adults. Easy to navigate. Cozy look and feel.

BibleABC.net       This site is great for beginners or those that want to renew there commitment and continue learning. Other Great resources like daily devotional, thought/verse of the day. Easy to navigate around. Professional look and feel.

Middletown-Bible-Church.com       An excellent resource. Countless free bible studies for all age groups - children to adult. All kinds of other resources. Bible lessons may not be printer friendly; nothing that copy/paste into your favorite word processor wouldn't fix, though. A little cramped as far as layout goes, but a great site all the same.

Bible in One Year

One Year Bible Online.com       An excellent resource. Not just a straight read. Combines Old, New Testaments verses in the same day. Professional, easy to navigate. Not a lot of graphics or advertisements.

Bible Plan.org       Another excellent online bible study lessons resource. Links to BibleGateway to read relevant verses for the day directly on line. Easy to use. Simple L&F.

Bible Read Through.com       This cool site is for more technology savvy readers. Well not necessarily, but it has some cool features. It's an open directory and christian community. You can submit your own plan, or read someone else's Bible study plan. I haven't registered as a user to do those things, but the concept is cool.
